Do you post your nutritional information?

No, we don’t post nutritional information but we can provide all menu ingredients. We also inform and train our staff rigorously on allergies and offer gluten sensitive bread at Ted’s.

When are you open?

Ted’s Bulletin opens at 7am daily and closes at 10:30 pm during the week and 11:30pm on the weekends.

How can I get a copy of my receipt?

Please contact the restaurant directly where you dined. The restaurant will need the date, location and the last 4 digits of the card used as well as the amount.

Do you have parking?

The closest metros can be found by clicking on the locations page. Reston Town Center, Merrifield and Gaithersburg all have multiple parking lots nearby. 14th Street and Capitol Hill locations have metered street parking nearby.

Who do I contact for a donation/gift card request/food donation?

Teds Bulletin supports many local charities. To submit for auction items or assistance with charity events, please email your request along with tax status by clicking here. We get many requests so it typically takes between 4 to 6 weeks to receive a reply.

How can I make a reservation?

We accept limited reservations via OpenTable throughout the day on Monday-Friday, and after 4pm on Saturday and Sunday. For Saturday and Sunday brunch, we do not accept reservations, but we do offer call ahead seating. Please call the restaurant 1-2 hours before you would like to be seated and we’ll put your name on the waitlist to reduce your wait time.

How can I place a large bakery order?

We offer whole cakes and bakers’ dozens of pop tarts. Please call the restaurant directly to place an order.

Do you ship Ted’s Tarts?

We do not ship Ted’s Tarts, however, many of our guests have purchased and shipped them independently with great results. Ted’s Tarts are ideal within 3 days of purchase.
