We are pleased to announce that all Ted's Bulletin locations have reopened for dine-in seating at 50% capacity. Patio dining is also available at certain locations. We are thrilled to see all of you again and to be able to hire more team members back.
The health, safety, and happiness of our guests and team members has always been our number one goal.
For the last 3 months, we have been preparing to provide the best and safest experience for our guests and our team members. Our safety protocols on sanitation adhere to or exceed the recommendations of the Department of Health and the CDC.
We have completely sanitized the restaurant and we have implemented new COVID-19 policies and procedures. Some of these policies include but are not limited to:
Taking the temperature of every employee that arrives to work.
Mandated that all employees wear face-masks.
Mandated that all employees wash their hands every 15 minutes.
Mandated that all employees use gloves when handling food, beverages, plates, silverware, etc.
Moved to single use menus and digital menus that can be viewed from your own personal devices.
Placed all seats and tables 6ft feet apart.
Adopted new sanitation and cleaning procedures throughout the facility every 30 minutes.
Held extensive training sessions for all of our employees and vendors.
Beginning Saturday, June 20th we will begin our “reservation only” policy for dine-in. Patio seating will be first come, first served. Reservations can be made here or on the Resy mobile app. We have decided to adopt a reservation only policy for several reasons:
This will assist our Chef team, management and front of house staff in preparing for the volume of guests at any one time. From ordering food and supplies, to scheduling staff, this will greatly assist our operational execution.
This will ensure that we do not have masses of people arriving at one time making social distancing nearly impossible with a crowded hostess stand at peak hours.
This will ensure that we are able to deliver the exceptional service to each customer that we pride ourselves on.
This will ensure that we can fill as many seats as legally and safely allowed to start recouping some of our losses and help us to maximize our seating capacity (which is severely limited under these regulations).
If you do show up without a reservation, please check the Resy mobile app for the next available seating or place your name on a waitlist.
Please honor your reservation. We have limited seating and we are working very hard to provide you with the best experience possible. We would hate to waste an empty table or turn away guests on the waitlist. If you are not feeling well, please cancel your reservation and reschedule for a later date.
Please wear a face covering when entering, exiting, and moving about the restaurant. You will not be able to dine with us if this is not adhered to.
